Cucumbers

Cucumbers are the biggest vegetables grown at Kietaviskes Greenhouses. They have dark green skin and are sweet, and since they contain lots of water, they are both crunchy and refreshing. They are a staple in salads and fit well in an array of other fresh dishes too.
